Computer Diagnostic - $40

After testing both hardware and software,

we will explain to you the problems your computer is having and give you an estimate on repair. If you chose to have your computer repaired, the diagnostic charge will be rolled into the repair charge

Virus & Spyware Removal - $100

We will identify and resolve any operating system issues, eradicate viruses and spyware infections and optimize your computer for improved performance.

( this includes one free antivirus/antispyware software)

Operating System Tune-up - $45

Enhance PC speed and performance, enable basic security features, remove unwanted programs and ensure your PC is functional for everyday use.

Data Recovery/Transfer - $50

We will recover your data from a crashed harddrive or transfer your data from your old harddrive to a new harddrive. (If data cannot be recovered you will only be charged a $25.00 service fee.)

Operating System Reload - $100

We will wipe and reload your computer, reload all drivers and install critical Windows updates to make sure that your computer is restored to a like new state. This service does not include a data backup or transfer.

Hardware Upgrades - $45

We will install an internal or external device such as a graphics card, power supply, optical drive, printer or scanner. Memory install - $25

Software Upgrade - $25

We will install, configure and update 1 software title. Each additional title - $10

Parental Controls – Vista only - $25

We will configure the Parental Controls on 1 computer. Feel at ease knowing that your children are only playing and viewing approved games, music, movies and websites. No charge with any other paid service.
